About Our -Limited Lifetime Warranty-
  • Warranty registration online must be completed within 30 days of purchase to verify ownership.
Limited Lifetime Warranty-
  • This knife is warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship by Infinity Tactical Knives, LLC What is covered: Replacement parts and labor only.
  • All knives returned for warranty consideration must include $15 for return handling and postage . Payment may be made by cash, check, or money order and sent in with the knife. Factory sharpening your Infinity Tactical Knife back to a sharp edge is included with warranty service.
  • What is NOT covered: All knives are subject to normal wear and tear in proportion to their usage. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by neglect,due to loss, misuse\abuse, or failure to perform normal maintenance. Handle and blade finishes or coatings worn by normal use are also not covered. Blades harmed or broken by improper sharpening or accidental damage are not covered. Any non-factory modifications are not covered and may void the warranty. Damage caused by improper customer disassembly is NOT covered under warranty. Cost to repair damaged knives will be at the discretion of Infinity Tactical Knives after inspection by our warranty department.
  • Absolute NO returns for refunds ,Credit back,damage returns ,or any Engraving done.

How does it work if I need to have my knife serviced?

It's very simple. You reach out to us here on our warranty page (this form below) it sends us an immediate response with all the details. When you shipping it to us, (address below) please don't forget to put a $15 check or money order for your return shipping and handling. Once you shipped your knife to us we can usually have it repaired/replaced within 48 hours (or sooner) during shop hours and get it back to you completed.

P.S. We also offer a refinishing service for your Infinity Tactical OTF knife. If you wish to have your knife handles Cerakote "refinished" any one color we will gladly do that for a small $45 fee.

    Notice of Counterfeit Goods

    If a knife returned for warranty work is found to be an actual or suspected counterfeit or replica item, Infinity Tactical shall have the right to impound the knife for further investigation of its authenticity. Infinity Tactical shall not be liable to you, or anyone else, for payment of the price of any suspected counterfeit knife under investigation. If Infinity Tactical, in its sole discretion, determines that the knife you returned for repairs is a counterfeit, Infinity Tactical has the right to permanently impound and/or destroy the knife. Knives determined to be counterfeit will not be returned to you.
