    STANDARD KNIFE USAGE

    Thank You for purchasing your new Infinity Knife. To operate, push the switch forward to deploy the blade and pull the switch back to retract the blade.

    When using your new knife, be sure to wipe the blade clean before retracting, as debris may cause the knife to become inoperable.

    For safety purposes if the blade is extended and met with resistance the spring tension will disengage, and the switch will become inactive. Manually pull the blade all the way forward to reset the tension.

    Limited Lifetime Warranty-
    • This knife is warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship by Infinity Tactical Knives, LLC What is covered: Replacement parts and labor only.
    • All knives returned for warranty consideration must include $15 for return handling and postage . Payment may be made by cash, check, or money order and sent in with the knife. Factory sharpening your Infinity
    • Knife back to a sharp edge is included with warranty service.
    • What is NOT covered: All knives are subject to normal wear and tear in proportion to their usage. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by neglect,due to loss, misuse\abuse, or failure to perform normal maintenance. Handle and blade finishes or coatings worn by normal use are also not covered. Blades harmed or broken by improper sharpening or accidental damage are not covered. Any non-factory modifications are not covered and may void the warranty. Damage caused by improper customer disassembly is NOT covered under warranty. Cost to repair damaged knives will be at the discretion of Infinity Tactical Knives after inspection by our warranty department.
    • Absolute NO returns for refunds ,Credit back,damage returns ,or any Engraving done.

    How does it work if I need to have my knife serviced?

    It's very simple. Once you shipped your knife to us we can usually have it repaired/replaced within by 48 hours (or sooner) during shop hours and get it back to you completed. When you ship it to us, (address below) please don't forget to put a $15 check, money order or by Phone in C.C. for your return shipping and handling.

    P.S. We also offer a refinishing service for your Infinity Tactical OTF knife. If you wish to have your knife handles Cerakote "refinished" any one color we will gladly do that for a small $45 fee.
